Spring Tradition - 34th Annual Waffle Breakfast - Set for Friday April 10

UC Clermont College’s Biology Department will host its 34th Annual Waffle Breakfast on Friday, April 10 from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. in Snyder Room 143.
 
All are welcome to enjoy this annual spring tradition of feasting on yeast-raised cornmeal waffles served with homemade Clermont College syrup. 
  
The UC Clermont tradition of maple sugaring has been a winter biology lab activity since 1975, when Professor David Fankhauser introduced it as a component of his innovative biology lab program.
