Mick & Mack s Café New Spring Menu Featured

Mick & Mack's Café has enhanced the à la carte lunch menu with new bistro items. Come in between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a memorable lunch with colleagues.

The daily lunch buffet features have also been updated:

• Thursday Caribbean Flare: Roasted Jerk Pork Loin with Pineapple Chutney • Spiced Sweet Potato Mash • Calabacita Pasta Salad
• Friday Fresh Catch: Herb-Roasted Cod • Southwestern Home Fries • Spinach and Artichoke Gratin
• Signature Items available every day: Chicken Curry Pot Pie • Mick’s Mack & Cheese • Edamame & Sweet Corn Succotash • Soup du Jour • Salad Bar

Mick & Mack’s Café is also a great space for campus events and meetings. The room is equipped with audio/visual equipment and the group capacity size is 125 guests. Groups can order from Mick & Mack’s menu or the new Classic Fare Catering menu.
