Mick & Mack s Café New Spring Menu Featured

Mick & Mack's Café has enhanced the à la carte lunch menu with new bistro items. Come in between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a memorable lunch with colleagues.

The daily lunch buffet features have also been updated:

  • Monday Meatless Monday: Eggplant Parmesan • Mushroom & Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo • Cannellini Bean Salad
  • Tuesday American Classic: Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy • Garlic Whipped Mashed Potatoes • Home-style Green Beans
  • Wednesday McMack’s: Beer Braised Corned Beef • Irish Colcannon • Barley Risotto with Roasted Vegetables
  • Thursday Caribbean Flare: Roasted Jerk Pork Loin with Pineapple Chutney • Spiced Sweet Potato Mash • Calabacita Pasta Salad
  • Friday Fresh Catch: Herb-Roasted Cod • Southwestern Home Fries • Spinach and Artichoke Gratin

Mick & Mack’s Café is also a great space for campus events and meetings. The room is equipped with audio/visual equipment and the group capacity size is 125 guests. Groups can order from Mick & Mack’s menu or the new Classic Fare Catering menu. Co-op broadens horizons

Isabelle Hageman has a passion for tech and computer science. Her co-op while enrolled at the University of Cincinnati gives her the resources and trust to dive in further than she expected. Hageman, a computer science major at UC’s College of Engineering and Applied Science, has spent her summer with Cincinnati-based CostQuest Associates, a broadband consulting firm.
