UC’s Transfer Ambassadors are representatives of the University of Cincinnati, Clifton Campus. Serving as the "face" of the University of Cincinnati through the lens of a transfer/transition student, Transfer Ambassadors are responsible for fostering a positive and welcoming environment at the university for all students and guests - in particular, those in transition.
Ambassadors volunteer their time by providing support to the Transfer & Transition Advising Center through assisting at Transfer Welcome events, leading campus tours, and helping with transfer programming throughout the school year.
Our Ambassadors look forward to welcome new transfer and transition students to the University of Cincinnati!

Why I chose to be a Transfer Ambassador: Transferring schools can be extremely challenging and sometimes intimidating. But let me tell you that once you overcome the barrier of adaptation you will realize that it was the best decision you could ever make. As an international transfer student, I also went through the process of overcoming difficulties and setbacks and is why my passion to help students do the same motivated me to become a transfer ambassador. Nobody should feel that they are in this alone and is why I am here to say: you can count on me!

Why I chose to be a Transfer Ambassador: I chose to become a Transfer Ambassador because I wanted to make every students transition to UC as easy and as comfortable as possible. I have transferred schools three different times so I'm all too familiar with the process. When I was transferring, I never really had someone who I could go to for help or when I had any questions. I want to be that person for any new student transferring to UC so that I can help them pursue their passions.

I became a Transfer Ambassador to welcome and help other transfer students at UC.

Why I chose to be a Transfer Ambassador: I am so much happier after my transfer to UC and I want other people to feel the same way I do. I was so nervous to get up and move to a different school but after I did it I couldn’t see my life any other way. I want other people to feel confident in their decision to transfer. I also want the experience to be as smooth for other people as it was for me.
