The MBA is a general management degree that improves career stability and mobility. Many management roles prefer candidates with an MBA. Also, the MBA is a good degree to help job-seekers switch career fields.

Seventy-two percent of Lindner MBA students who graduated during the 2019-2020 academic year accepted a full-time position within three months with an average strating salary of $93,681. 

The MBA degree is granted to those who satisfactorily complete the required course work, carrying a minimum GPA of 3.0 or more. The degree must be completed within five years of acceptance into the program. All students must contract for graduation and be enrolled for at least one credit hour of study each academic year.

Students can transfer up to 12 semester hours of graduate credit from an AACSB accredited university. The course must have been taken within the past five years, with a grade of B or better. Courses must be approved by the academic director.

Minimum required score for the IELTS is 6.5 and for the TOEFL is 90.

The University of Cincinnati and all regional campuses are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
