The IT@UC Service Desk provides support for data and phone communications, as well as all computing concerns for UC students, faculty and staff. This support includes email, wireless access, VPN, UC Flex, file servers and the mainframe.

Canopy Creative Space

Join experts from the Center for Excellence in eLearning (CEeL) for weekly walk-in services for UC Instructors. Canopy Creative Space is held Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on the 5th floor of Langsam Library. Canopy Creative Space provides opportunities to meet one-on-one with CEeL team members to discuss ways to enhance their students’ experience. Each Friday, instructors will have access to experts in instructional design, accessibility, classroom technology, Canopy tools, and more. For added support, workshops, special speakers, and specific training sessions will also be offered during this time.



ResNet offers IT support for students, faculty, and staff (for non-departmental devices).

Hardware Services

ResNet will provide a free estimate for hardware repairs and services, including: 

  • Hard drive replacement
  • Screen replacement
  • Motherboard replacement
  • New hardware installation ($48.46 flat fee)

Please note that all parts must be supplied by the user. 

Software Services

ResNet also will provide software support at no charge, including:

  • Software installation and removal 
  • Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows & macOS)
  • Malware/virus removal 
  • Wireless and wired Internet connectivity
