Our most successful graduates come with focused interest in the Human Resources function, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a deep interest in people. The ability to use data to address HR issues is also emerging as critical to success in HR.
Students from the Lindner MSHR program have positions with titles such as HR Director, HR Manager, HR Generalist, Director of Talent Acquisition, Benefits Director, and Compensation Manager.
Top employers who have hired recent graduates of the HR program include: Cincinnati Children's Hospital, General Electric, Health Carousel LLC, Intelligrated, Market6 Inc., Medpace Inc., PNC Financial Services, and Macy's.
The information provided is sourced from a third party, Lightcast. Their product, called Career Coach, combines extensive labor market data from Lightcast and the U.S.Bureau of Labor Statistics. It provides insights on industry, occupation, compensation, and projected growth for each profession. Economic and workforce information is available for various geographic regions. Some careers may require additional training or education.The degree of Master of Science is granted to those who satisfactorily complete the required course work, carrying a minimum GPA of 3.0 or more. The degree must be completed within five years of acceptance into the program. All students must contract for graduation and be enrolled for at least one credit hour of study during the academic year of graduation.
