The mission of Student Affairs and Services is to create a campus environment that attracts and supports students who have diverse backgrounds & abilities and to empower them to reach their full potential.  The division works in partnership with UC faculty, staff, students and with the larger community to enhance student learning inside and outside the classroom.  Together, we place students' needs first, while making UC a more diverse & inclusive community.  Utilizing the power of core university values in a rich learning environment, we transform students' lives.
