Enjoy free shuttle services designed for UC students, faculty and staff in the Bearcats Transportation System with their UC ID (Bearcat Card). With 16 shuttles covering 13 routes, we make getting around UC's Uptown and Blue Ash campuses, and nearby neighborhoods a breeze.

Important Information

  • All shuttle routes start and end on Transit Row - adjacent to Campus Green Garage, between Woodside Dr. and Campus Green Dr. 
  • Shuttles do not operate during academic term breaks, on official UC holidays, Winter Season Days, or except where noted.
  • Services may be affected by hazardous driving conditions. 
  • For the latest updates, use the TRANSLOC live shuttle tracker. The tracker may be accessed via the web link or through the UC Mobile app.

UC Blue Ash to Uptown Campus

To accommodate those who need to leave early from UC Blue Ash, at 7 a.m. Monday - Friday, one shuttle starts at UC Blue Ash - Muntz Hall heading to Main campus, and another starts simultaneously at Transit Row heading to UC Blue Ash.

Frequently Asked Questions

If the University of Cincinnati closes due to severe weather, etc., shuttles will continue to operate for one hour after the official university closing time, provided the roads are safe and passable.

However, some routes may stop operating even when the university remains open, if road conditions are unsafe.  Please follow the shuttles live on TRANSLOC for the most up-to-date travel information concerning route operations and estimated times.

It is best to check with the driver when you reboard the shuttle to see if your lost item(s) were found. If not, please contact Public Safety (Uptown Campus) at 513-556-4925 or (Blue Ash Campus) at 513-745-5707.

  • Consider Metro - the regional public transportation system in Hamilton County and southwest Ohio. Click to see their routes and timetables. The UC Metro University Discount Program offers discount transportation options for eligible enrolled UC students and UC employees for use when riding Metro regional buses or Access mini-buses.
  • Consider CTC - the Clermont Transportation Connection is the primary public transportation provider for Clermont County, Ohio. Click to read about their services.
  • Consider TANK - the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky serves Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties in Kentucky, and downtown Cincinnati. 

There is no shuttle to UC Clermont. However, consider CTC - the Clermont Transportation Connection, the primary public transportation provider for Clermont County, Ohio.
