College Day

College Day 2026 will be held Friday, August 21, 2026. This is a required event for all first-year students!

College Day is an opportunity for you to meet classmates within your specific college, meet faculty, administrators, and your academic advisor, as well as learn the expectations that your college has of you! All first-year students will receive an email from their college with detailed instructions on how the day will flow as we get closer to the start of the academic year. 

*Please note that UC Clermont is hosting their College Day activities on a different day!

The College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) is looking forward to meeting our newest Bearcats! Connect with classmates, peer leaders, advisors, and faculty in small groups at the Health Sciences Building (HSB) on the UC Medical Campus. Enjoy lunch on the lawn, grab a CAHS T-shirt, and learn more about what CAHS has to offer! Attendance will be taken.

Walk or shuttle over from Main Campus to Eden Avenue Garage-Rear Shuttle Stop. If driving a car, students will need to pay for parking in Eden Avenue Garage.

Welcome to UC’s College of Arts and Sciences – All Things Cincinnati College Day Celebration! Kick off your first year in true Cincinnati style at our All Things Cincinnati College Day Celebration for A&S first-year students! We’re bringing together local favorites, music, games, and prizes for a day you won’t want to miss. Start the day by meeting your professors and academic advisors in your departmental meeting. This is your chance to get to know the people who will support you throughout your A&S journey. After your meeting, head over for a Cincy-themed party featuring Cincinnati-style food, sports-themed activities, a live DJ, and plenty of opportunities to relax and connect with fellow Bearcats. Next, pick up your A&S T-shirt (from the design voted on at BBO). Visit tabling in the lobby, where campus resource offices will be available to share information, answer questions, and help you get involved. If you have last-minute questions or schedule changes, stop by drop-in advising to meet with an A&S advisor for quick support.You won’t want to miss this All Things Cincinnati celebration as you kick off your first year in the College of Arts and Sciences!

The Lindner College of Business welcomes incoming first-year students to College Day, an exciting opportunity to kick off your UC journey and connect with the Lindner community before the start of the semester. During your session, you will meet your PACE Leaders and fellow Learning Community peers, explore Lindner through a building tour, and learn about the many resources and opportunities available to business students. You'll also have the chance to connect with classmates, visit the organization fair, participate in games and giveaways, win UC swag, and enjoy snacks and UDF ice cream. Students should plan for their College Day session to last approximately two hours.College Day is mandatory for all incoming first-year business students.

Join us for an exciting and informative day on UC’s East Campus in Procter Hall! Throughout the day, you’ll learn about the College of Nursing’s advising support and expectations for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program, explore UC’s resources, and receive an overview of our First-Year Experience Programming. You will also meet your iLEAD Mentors and Learning Community classmates and spend time getting to know each other while taking part in a fun activity! Pizza and salad will be provided by the College of Nursing for lunch, and you’ll finish the day walking your class schedule with your Learning Community. We’re excited to welcome you and kick-off your BSN journey!
