In order to complete this application, you need access to the following materials:

  1. Access to Your Student Information via Catalyst
  2. The Names and Emails of Two Faculty or Staff Recommenders (Only 1 recommmender for McNair Prep)
  3. Income Document A or B
  4. A written personal statement (500 words or less)
