Make an Initial Appointment
The quickest way to schedule an initial appointment is online via our Microsoft Bookings Page:
Ombuds services are available by appointment, whether in person (in our office or elsewhere), virtual (via Zoom or Teams), or by phone. We are a small team and lock our suite when we are all busy assisting others.
We offer appointments throughout and beyond traditional business hours. We regularly offer early morning, evening, and Sunday (typically virtual) appointments should that work better for you. If the available times don't work for you for whatever reason, please reach out via one of the other methods below, and we’d be happy to search for a time that works for you.
Appointment Availability
Appointments are available during regular business hours, as well as early mornings, evenings, and Sundays (typically for virtual meetings).
Appointments are available in several formats:
In-person (at our office or another location)
Virtual (via Zoom or Teams)
By phone
As we are a small team, our office suite may be locked and our phone may direct you to voicemail while we are assisting others.
If the available times do not suit your schedule, please call or email us, and we’d be happy to search for a time that works for you.
Maintaining Confidentiality
To protect your privacy, you may wish to avoid digital communication (eg, email) for confidential discussions. As part of our Standards of Practice, we are happy to facilitate an appointment without creating a digital record by calling the office.
If you would like to schedule an appointment without creating a digital record, you may call our office directly at 513-556-5956. Alternatively, you may find online scheduling more convenient. If so, you may use our Online Appointment Booking below in conjunction with digital privacy tools.
If you wish to protect your identity, you may dial *67 before dialing our phone number (so your phone number will be unknown). We do not have full-time administrative staff to answer phone calls, and you may need to leave a message. We recommend leaving a brief message with only your callback information and name or pseudonym.
Keeping your Number Private: For added privacy, you may dial *67 before our phone number to keep your number private.
Leaving a Message: Because our office does not have full-time administrative staff, you may need to leave a voicemail. Please provide only your callback information and a name or pseudonym.
Digital Privacy Tools: You may use a pseudonym in our online scheduling tool if you wish. You may also choose to use a disposable/anonymous email address tool such as AnonAddy or SimpleLogin. For file & resource sharing, we utilize a one-time access link generated by One Time.
