Important 2014 HSA information

UMB recently sent an electronic or paper bank statement to many employees who had a UMB Health Savings Accounts in 2014 and who transferred funds to Health Equity in 2015.  According to UMB, the 2014 account should have been closed at the time the transfer occurred.  You can disregard the statement.  Or, if you prefer you can contact UMB directly at 866-520-4472 and request that your account be closed.
