University Conduct Board
A student can be referred to the University Conduct Board for two reasons:
- The student disputes responsibility and/or sanctions determined at their procedural review hearing; OR
- The administrator exercises the right to forward a case
The student will be notified of the date, time, and location of the hearing via email.

Non-Title IX Sexual Misconduct Cases
- One hearing chair (only votes in a tie)
- Three faculty or staff
Non-Academic Misconduct Cases
- One hearing chair (only votes in a tie)
- One to Three faculty or staff
- Three undergraduate or two graduate students
