Incident Reporting
In pursuit of its mission to develop educated and engaged citizens to enrich the global community, the University of Cincinnati aspires for its students to demonstrate high standards of integrity and conduct. Individuals who have information regarding students who may not be meeting these standards are encouraged to fill out our easy online incident reporting form.
To officially file a complaint, fill out the "report an incident" form to provide information for use by the Director of Student Conduct and Community Standards for the University of Cincinnati.
