]We invite undergraduate researchers and undergraduate research programs from around the country to attend the exiciting symposium and present their research. There are 2 options for registration for undergraduate researchers not attending UC and those non-UC faculty or staff that may be traveling with them.

2 Great Options for Local and National External Registrants

Local Student, Faculty, or Staff (Friday or Saturday Only) Registration Rate 

  • Updated Local definition: Local describes that your school is in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana. 
  • Attendee can choose either Friday or Saturday attendance which includes 3 meals either day. 
  • Includes oral presentations or poster presentations, speakers, and workshops.
  • Parking included. We recommend carpooling with other attendees from your university. 

General Registration: Student, Faculty, or Staff (Full Conference) 

  • Includes workshops, speakers, poster presentations, oral presentations, Graduate School Fair, and networking sessions over 3 days of programming. 
  • Includes 6 meals. 
  • Excursion and Dinner automatically included for first 125 registrants (Additional external registrants over 125 will be waitlisted for the excursion and dinner). 

Two Registration Steps

  1. Register at this link via credit card payment. If you need to register via P.O. and check, please email mcnair@uc.edu for instructions. 
  2. After completing the registration above, the primary contact person for this registration will receive a link to an Individual Attendee Form within 1 week of their registration. Each attendee including attending students, staff, and faculty will need to complete this form. 
  3. The formal Call for Presentations is open for undergraduate presenters!

Registrations FAQs

  • Registration excludes lodging and travel costs. 
  • Conference attendees who wish to cancel must do so on or before 3/01/2026 to receive a refund. 
  • No refunds will be processed after 3/01/2026. 
  • All refunds will be processed minus a $200 processing fee per registration.
