Information for Symposium Sponsors and Graduate School Recruiters

The symposium will be hosting a Graduate School Fair on April 24 at the University of Cincinnati, West Campus in Tangeman University Center, Level 300 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and on April 25 at the Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati from 2:00pm-4:00pm . This an opportunity for graduate school programs to discuss one-on-one with over 200 scholars from across the country and the University of Cincinnati. 

Register Early for the Best Rates and an Included Ad! 

• Early Bird Recruiter Rate is $500 includes Half Page Ad in Virtual Proceedings. 
• Regular Recruiter Rate is $600.
• Late Recruiter Rate is $650. 

External graduate school program registration includes the following: 

• Includes 1 full conference registration which includes 5 meals and optional excursion and dinner (Recruiter does not need to stay for full conference). 

• Includes parking for 1 vehicle for Friday and Saturday 

• Includes Table and 2 chairs for both Graduate School Fairs (Friday and Saturday) 

• Includes 2 Invitations to the Graduate School Networking Lunch on Saturday 

• Opportunity to run a workshop, judge student presentations, or moderate oral student presentations. Workshops must be compliant with Ohio Senate Bill 1 regulations. 

• List of University/ Entity name and information on conference website and virtual schedule/ proceedings 

• Optional Half Page Ad in Virtual Proceedings – Ad must be compliant with university policies, procedures, and Ohio Senate Bill 1 regulations. 

Refunds/ Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel, you must do so on or before 2/15/2026 to receive a refund. No refunds will be processed after 2/15/2026. All refunds will be processed minus a $200 processing fee per registration.
