Symposium Lodging for External Attendees
While lodging is not a part of the external attendee registration fee, our lodging partner, Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati will provide walkable access to the University of Cincinnati West Campus and conference locations.
Lodging Rates and Map
Conference Blocks will fill up fast! Please email mcnair@uc.edu if you find the conference block to be full.
A conference block rate of $149.00 per night will be provided for double rooms by the Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati. This rate exlcudes tax and fees if applicable. Hotel parking is $20 a night.
Symposium hotel reservation link will be sent in the registration confirmation email to the primary contact after the initial registration is completed. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email.
This hotel is an approximately 10-20 min. walk to the main conference area - Tangeman University Center (TUC) for Thursday and Friday. Symposium activities will take place at the Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati on Saturday.
Transportation
The closest airport is CVG located in Erlanger, KY. It is about a 20-30 minute drive to campus.
The symposium campus location (Tangeman University Center) is within walkable distance from our lodging partner. Please see the University of Cincinnati West Campus Map. Detailed directions will be sent to registrants closer to the symposium.
A campus shuttle will be provided from the Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati to/from Tangeman University Center on both Thursday and Friday. Transportation will also be provided to and from the Excursion and Dinner on Friday. More details to follow!
