About Us

Facilities Management is the primary facilities and grounds steward for the University of Cincinnati, providing maintenance, repair, cleaning and recycling services in more than 100 buildings, totaling nearly ten million square feet of space.  Our buildings are spread across three campuses and several off-campus properties that are located on 165 acres of land.  In addition, Facilities Management directs the following critical operations and services for the university community: Central Receiving; Mail Services; Moving Services; Project Services; Shuttle Services; Transportation and Fleet Services; and the UC*Metro Program.

Rick Wiggins leads the Facilities Management executive management team that directs these departmental operations.
