If you graduated within the past three years, take advantage of free career coaching appointments through UC’s dedicated services. Our experienced coaches can assist with clarifying career goals, refining your resume and cover letters, honing interview skills, strategizing job searches, negotiating offers, or preparing for graduate or professional school applications.
- For Lindner College of Business Alumni: Email LindnerCareerServices@uc.edu with your name, graduation year, major, and the type of assistance needed. You can also access coaching through My Bearcat Network or drop-in hours during the academic year (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.).
- For Alumni from All Other Colleges: Schedule an appointment via Handshake or email HandshakeHelp@uc.edu for assistance. Drop-in coaching is available at the Bearcat Promise Career Studio (TUC 310) Monday–Thursday 10 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

- Resume, Cover Letter, Interview, and Negotiation Tips: Access practical guides to update your materials, prepare for interviews, and negotiate job offers.
- Graduate or Professional School Application Guidance: Discover step-by-step processes for applying to grad school, law school, or health professions programs via UC’s advising resources.
- UC Skills to continue your education: Build new skills with flexible, expert-led non-credit courses in areas like executive leadership, specialty pharmacy, and leadership development. - Job Search Academy by Indeed + University of Cincinnati: This free, virtual program helps you master job search essentials, including resume writing, interview prep, offer evaluation, and career direction. Available through select colleges like UC Clermont and UC Blue Ash—check your college’s career services for access or similar programs.
- CareerNorth Platform: Gain access to interactive eLearning modules on leadership, personal development, and professional skills through the UC Alumni Association’s dedicated career support site. Register at CareerNorth.
