Call for Proposals

The University of Cincinnati Digital Accessibility Conference will be on February 3, 2026. Call for Proposals is open and must be submitted by December 22, 2025.

All presentations will be in person. Breakout rotations are in 50-minute time blocks. Sessions may not exceed two rotations (110 minutes). For sessions that use two rotations, we ask to incorporate a 5–10-minute break for participants. 

Proposals will be reviewed, and presenters will be notified in early January.
