A sociocultural and multimodal anthropologist, Stephanie blends research and creative practice to explore emerging forms of expertise, discourses of realness, and the production of types in aesthetic industries, resulting in public-facing video, curatorial, and experimental design work.

Sean has worked with Taft in various positions, previously serving as Program Manager, Program Coordinator, and a Graduate Assistant. Sean earned an MA in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Sally Le Yang

Sally formerly worked at Utah State University in the Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering. She holds an MA in Workforce Development from The Ohio State University and passed all sections of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Exam.
Rikki Reese
Digital Marketing Specialist, Taft Research Center

Rikki started her marketing career in the gaming and casinos industry and became the Digital Marketing Specialist at Taft in 2023. She holds a BA in Strategic Communication and American Studies from Miami University (OH) and is currently pursuing her MBA at UC's Lindner College of Business.
Alexandra Dantzer

Alex is a cultural anthropologist working at the intersection of medical anthropology and disability studies. Her work on insomnia, time, and urban life spans ethnography, poetry, and documentary film. She is completing her first monograph "Insomnia as Insurgency: Time, Exhaustion, and the Politics of Rest in Belgrade."
Sammy Roth

Sammy is a performance scholar using dance studies and digital humanities methods to trace the political underpinnings of joyful physical practices, like competitive dance and beauty influencing. Her projects span scholarly writing, interactive digital sites, and immersive performances.
Fatemeh Rezaei

Fatemeh is a third-year graduate student pursuing a dual MA in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and MFA in the School of Art. She coordinates the Taft Studio and supports Thematic Programming.
Taraneh R. Wilkinson

Taraneh works on embodied approaches to trauma, with emphasis on the social dynamics and structures that facilitate resilience and/or perpetuate trauma. Previous research includes a project on the Turkish academic study of religion and religious philosophy. Taraneh loves small furry animals and unkempt food gardens.
