Captain John P. Ramey-Clark is the Recruiting Flight Commander and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps  Detachment 665. In this  capacity, he oversees and facilitates the recruiting, education, training, and  character building of students from among twelve universities and colleges for commissioning into the United States Air Force as Second Lieutenants.

Captain Ramey-Clark earned his commission in 2016 from the Air Force  Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 255, University of Iowa. He has held various positions in the Cyberspace community, to include leading 150 personnel in base cyber operations supporting 10,000 users across 6 wings at the 99th Communications Squadron, Nellis AFB. The mission included supporting the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), the Air Force’s premier  ranges for developing warfighting capabilities for the US and its strategic allies.
