About Me
Hello, and welcome to Hoffman Honors Scholars! My name is Adam Moeller and I am the Assistant Director of HHS. I am so excited to get to know each of you and work with you closely throughout your time at U.C. My undergraduate degree is in History and Economics, and I have a Master’s in Education. Before joining the HHS team I was a high school history teacher for seven years.
I’m a Cincinnati native and absolutely love this city and all it has to offer. My husband and I are proud Northsiders and are both very committed to our neighborhood. We both play softball, volleyball, dodgeball, and kickball for fun and as a way to build community. I am also a plant lover and have a passion for ecology and environmental restoration, specifically regarding native plants and all the life they support. I’m a proud dog dad to a wonderfully chaotic little cattle dog named Scotty. In general, I love anything to do with nature, science, hiking, sports, politics, history, and culture.
Most of all, I really love to listen to other people talk about what they care about. I am especially passionate about community and service, and I aim to help connect you to organizations and people within our city—and around the world—for you to pursue your passions and to improve the lives of those around you.
Please don’t hesitate to stop by any time!
