At this time, the Accessibility Agent can help you with the following tasks:

Document Conversion

This function allows you to turn documents into a more accessible format. 

  • Input: PDF, DOC
  • Output: DOC, HTML, MD (Markdown)
  • Note: PDFs currently have a 30-page limit.

Sample prompts:

  • “Please convert this PDF into a Word document with proper headings and reading order.”
  • “Turn this scanned PDF into accessible HTML that works well with screen readers.”
  • “Convert this document into Markdown with clear headings and lists.”

Image Descriptions/Alt Text Generation 

This function allows you to generate detailed descriptions of images for improved accessibility. PowerPoint support is coming soon. 

  • Image descriptions for documents, handouts and web pages.
  • Short and long descriptions for complex visuals.
  • Focus on key purpose and information, not decorative details.
