Whether it’s UC Clermont’s policy allowing neighbors to access library resources with a photo ID or the more than one million volunteer hours contributed to local nonprofits through the UC Serves program, every employee has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference and help build a stronger, more vibrant community.
Faculty and Staff Connection
At UC, faculty and staff have the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across disciplines through both the Faculty and Staff Senates. These groups meet regularly throughout the year, each with a board of leaders and senators. Meetings are typically held in person, with virtual options available to ensure everyone can participate and stay informed. Whether you’re looking to attend meetings to meet others and voice your ideas, or you’re interested in taking a more active role as a senator or committee member, the Faculty and Staff Senates offer a welcoming space for involvement.
Additionally, staff are encouraged to participate in UC's Mentor Me Program, where they are paired with mentors or mentees from across our campuses. Participants consistently share how the program has helped them build unique connections, foster a stronger sense of community, and gain valuable skills and insights.
Beautiful Campuses
No matter which campus you work on, Uptown, UC Blue Ash, or UC Clermont, you'll be working in a beautiful and well-maintained environment. Whatever type of community you're looking to work in, we have a campus for you.
The Uptown East and West campuses make up our Uptown or Main Campus location. This campus is the largest of the three. Situated in the historic Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati, our Uptown location provides access to a range of campus amenities as well as nearby restaurants and parks.
UC Blue Ash sits in a suburban setting in Blue Ash, Ohio. This campus is the largest regional college in Ohio with just under 5,000 students. Set on 135 acres, UC Blue Ash has a reputation not only for its beautiful campus but also for its welcoming and supportive environment.
UC Clermont is our smallest campus with just under 3,000 students. UC Clermont is located in a beautiful rural setting in Clermont County, Ohio. Situated on 91 acres, UC Clermont is an integral part of the local community. In addition to its academic offerings, the campus features walking trails and scenic views, providing a perfect retreat for those who appreciate the beauty of the outdoors.
