Help Desk

We at the UCIT Help Desk provide first level support for data and phone communications, as well as all computing concerns for the faculty, staff, and students of UC.

This support includes, but is not limited to, the mainframe, file servers, e-mail servers (Exchange & UConnect), Blackboard, UC Flex, Password Self Service (PSS), wireless access, and VPN.

The ResNet Service Center brings wired and wireless Ethernet connections to students living in university housing. Our service center is located on Main Street in Mobile Cats Wireless and provides walk-in service.

What sort of questions can the Help Desk answer? 

We will do our best to troubleshoot any technology-related question. That includes our systems, your computers, your devices, internet, blackboard, etc.

How do I get my UConnect student e-mail on my smartphone/device? 

Documentation to configure your student e-mail to an ActiveSync device can be found on Microsoft's website.

How do I get my UCMail (faculty/staff e-mail) on my smartphone/device?
