We at the UCIT Help Desk provide first level support for data and phone communications as well as all computing concerns for the faculty, staff, and students of UC.
This support includes, but is not limited to, the mainframe, file servers, e-mail servers (Exchange & UConnect), Blackboard, UC Flex, Password Self Service (PSS), wireless access, and VPN.

The ResNet Service Center brings wired and wireless Ethernet connections to students living in university housing. Our service center is located on Main Street in the Student Life Center and provides walk-in UCNET and wireless support Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Faculty Technology Resources Center
During the quarter term, including finals week, the Blackboard office has extended hours. Other services, including one-on-one training and our course building service are offered only during regular business hours. During quarter breaks, Blackboard support is available during regular business hours.
