The IT@UC Service Desk (formerly the UCIT Help Desk) provides support for data and phone communications, as well as all computing concerns for UC students, faculty and staff. This support includes email, Canopy tools (Blackboard, Box at UC, Echo360, Kaltura, WebEx), wireless access, VPN, UC Flex, file servers and the mainframe.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday...... 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday........ 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Holidays............................. 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The Service Desk closes at 6 p.m. on December 24 and 31 and is closed all day July 4, December 25 and Thanksgiving Day.

Phone and chat support are available 24/7 during fall semester for Canopy tools such as Blackboard, Box at UC, Echo360, Kaltura, and WebEx.
