Partner With Us & General Inquiries
Meaningful student experiences are built through collaboration. We welcome opportunities to partner with campus departments, student organizations, community organizations, local businesses, neighborhood leaders, and other stakeholders to support students living beyond campus. Whether you're interested in co-hosting an event, sharing resources, creating educational opportunities, or developing new initiatives, we'd love to explore how we can work together.

Description: This workshop focuses on equipping students to be good neighbors and empowering them to live out the good neighbor values. This training includes a description of the values, the importance of this educational campaign, information on how we hope this connects to and benefits our campus community, and provides an opportunity to sign the "Be A Good Neighbor" pledge in order to connect to your lived experience. We want to equip all Bearcats to Be Good Neighbors, so join us to learn more!
Audience: UC Faculty, Staff, Students & Residents / Community Members of Uptown
Length: 1 hour (45 minute presentation; 15 minutes for questions)
Description: This workshop focuses on providing students with an overview about Off-Campus & Commuter Student Engagement. This training includes information about who we are, what we do, and why it matters; the "Be A Good Neighbor" values and how it connects to living off-campus and commuting to campus; leadership development opportuniteis and ways to get invovled; community engagement and volunteerism opportunities; and general resources and connection opportunities for students. We want to equip all Bearcats, especially those traveling to campus, to be a connected member of our community, so join us to learn more!
Audience: UC Students, Faculty, & Staff
Length: 1 hour (45 minute presentation; 15 minutes for questions)
Description: This workshop introduces students to the UC Volunteer Portal and how to use it to find meaningful volunteer opportunities both on and off campus. Join us to learn how to create a profile, search and register for opportunities, track service hours, and connect with organizations.
Audience: UC Students
Length: 30 minutes (20 minute presentation; 10 minutes for questions)
Description: This workshop focuses on preparing students to move off-campus. Join us to learn more about budgeting, searching for, and leasing an off-campus apartment in the Uptown area. We believe that all Bearcats should be equipped with information about the process and steps to finding housing off-campus, so join us to learn more.
Audience: UC Students & Supporting Individuals (Roommates, Parents, Friends, etc.)

Description: This workshop focuses on preparing students to move-in and what to expect living in Uptown. Join us to learn more about what to notice and expect when moving-in, how to advocate for your needs throughout the move-in process, and the community-based resources that are available throughout Uptown. We believe that all Bearcats should be equipped with information about their rights and responsibilities as a tenant, so join us to learn more.

Description: This workshop focuses on preparing students to be citizens in the City of Cincinnati by knowing the city-wide services available to them. Join us to learn more about what city-wide services are available to tenants, the process to submit requests or concerns, and the departments at the City of Cincinnati working to improve and support your experience as a citizen. We believe that all Bearcats should be equipped with information about the resources available to them as citizens of the city of Cincinnati, so join us to learn more.
Audience: UC Students living off-campus and commuting to campus from the Cincinnati area
