Campus Recreation's Online Fitness Program - Various workouts from your Campus Rec Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors.

Mindful Movement - In these sessions, we will engage in activities aimed at releasing chronic tension through mindfulness mediation and gentle yoga inspired stretching with Wellness Ambassador and certified yoga trainer, Kimber Andrews. All are welcome to join every Monday at 3 p.m. and Friday 12:30-1 p.m. online via Zoom. 

Center for Integrative Health and Wellness shares tools for all students, faculty and staff.

Health Coaching - One on one calls to support your wellness goals and journey. Calls are open to all UC faculty and staff, free, confidential, and personalized.

Anthem LiveHealth Online - Telehealth video chat with health care providers for employees enrolled in the health insurance plans. UC’s medical plan will waive any member cost share for individuals who utilize this service. Visit UC Benefits for more information. 

Tobacco Free UC - UC is a tobacco, smoke and vape-free university. A variety of tobacco cessation resources are available to students, faculty and staff looking to quit or reduce their tobacco use.
