Mindful Movement - In these sessions, we will engage in activities aimed at releasing chronic tension through mindfulness mediation and gentle yoga inspired stretching with Wellness Ambassador and certified yoga trainer, Kimber Andrews. All are welcome to join every Monday at 3 p.m. and Friday 12:30-1 p.m. online via Zoom. 

Online Guided Meditation - SKY!, the student organization, is hosting daily meditation online via ZOOM from 6-6:30 p.m. All are welcome! Make sure to RSVP for the meeting information.
