Register for Bearcat Buddies

Bearcat Buddies Spring 2026 Registration is officially closed. However, you can register for priority-registration for the Fall of 2026 using the button below.

Bearcat Buddies Registration is not currently open. We encourage you to review the information below to ensure you're prepared for future sessions.

  • Open the Registration Excel Sheet and use the tabs at the bottom to navigate between the different sections, which are “Transportation,” “No Transportation,” “Walking,” and “Virtual.”

  • Once you find the session you’d like to register for, click the link to the right of the session you want to register for.

  • Click the red “Register” button.

  • Click “Yes” to “Register to All Shifts.”

  • Answer all required questions. Once completed, click “Submit Opportunity Response”

  • You must register for ALL Bearcat Buddies shifts in a session, even if you know you will not be able to make a shift. If you do not register for all shifts in a session, your registration will be considered incomplete, and you will be unregistered from that session.
