“From Sketch to Show,” a 90-minute documentary that follows the University of Cincinnati’s 2010-11 fashion design seniors from the beginning of the school year through to the end-of-year, professionally produced fashion show, will premiere at 7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 27, in the main auditorium (Room 4400) of UC’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP).

The premiere is free and open to the public.

The documentary was sponsored by Macy’s. Videographer was Rachel Schwarz, who shot 50 hours of original material.

Animation sequencing for the documentary was provided by Milan DelVecchio, a 2010 fashion design alumna.

Editor of the documentary was Michael (Mac) Clenney, a UC digital design student currently on a cooperative education quarter with Trailer Park, Inc., a movie trailer post-production studio and advertising agency based in Hollywood, Calif., that specializes in creating concepts and trailers, teasers, television spots, online campaigns and print ads.
