UC Clermont College Announces Tuition and Fee Changes
The University of Cincinnati Board of Trustees recently approved a 2 percent tuition increase for the 2014-15 academic year. For students at UC Clermont College, this means tuition will go from $218 a credit hour to $222 for classes beginning in the fall semester of 2014.
In addition, UC Clermont will be assessing new fees this fall in the Allied Health Programs. The purpose of the fees are to help cover the cost of the specialized instruction, laboratory costs, clinical instruction, and specific accreditation expenses involved in offering these programs. The fees of $215 a semester for full-time students or $18 per credit hour for part-time students will allow UC Clermont to continue offer these programs that provide excellent career readiness and marketability in growing health care fields, while tempering their high cost. Please note, the Allied Health fees are only assessed to those who are majoring in the areas of study below not for those students who are taking a class in science.
The programs include:
- Emergency Medical Service
- Medical Assisting
- Physical Therapist Assistant
- Surgical Technology
- Respiratory Care
- Pre-Nursing
- Pre-Surgical Technology
- Pre-Respiratory Care
- Surgical Assisting
