Cincinnati Law, Duke Energy Support Local Businesses with Free Legal Clinic

Small business owners and entrepreneurs can get free legal advice to help their businesses grow or even get their business off the ground at the “Free Legal Advice to Better Your Business” clinic, sponsored by the University of Cincinnati College of Law’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic and the Duke Energy Law Department. The four-hour free legal clinic
will be held 3-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016 at the law school.
Through this event, now in its sixth year, 162 businesses have been assisted and attorneys have conducted 223 legal consultations. Taking Care of Business
Participants can schedule 30-minute consultations with attorneys from a range of practice areas: business start-up, contracts, copyrights/trademarks, labor and employment, litigation/dispute resolution, non-profit, patents, real estate and tax/employee benefits.
