UC ingot   Faculty and staff are encouraged to review the university’s Self-Study Document, also referred to as an Assurance Document, and to provide feedback as the university prepares for reaccreditation from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). Review by faculty and staff is requested by March 13 to ensure accurate and relevant information is presented to HLC.

“We welcome your feedback in order to make the document more inclusive and stronger,” says Eileen Strempel, senior vice provost for academic affairs. The Self-Study Document will be submitted to HLC in preparation for the university’s site visit on September 24 – 25, 2018.

“The reaccreditation review process provides a unique opportunity for the UC community to take stock of itself, celebrate successes and discover areas of improvement,” adds Gigi Escoe, vice provost for undergraduate affairs.

Faculty and Staff can review the Self-Study Document and submit feedback by visiting the HLC website. Reviewers are asked to examine the content for accuracy and provide explanations if the information is not accurate.
