Marinated Beef Kabobs with Fresh Vegetables

Thursday, July 19, 2018 with first course served at 5:30 p.m.
Mick & Mack’s Contemporary Café, Tangeman University Center, Level 3
Three-course meal paired with three distinct wines: $20 per person, not including gratuity.

Starters:
  • Caramel Apple Salad of Mixed Greens, Sour Apple and Walnuts with Caramel Vinaigrette
  • House-made Pickles, Battered, Fried and Served with Lemon-Garlic Aioli
  • Paired with Merf Chardonnay, Columbia Valley
Entrées:
  • Grilled Marinated Beef Kabob with Fresh Vegetables
  • Waffle Cone-crusted Chicken Breast Served with Spicy Maple Sauce
  • Both Entrées Served with Corn on the Cob and Onion Rings
  • Served with La Boulangerie Cabernet Sauvignon, France
Dessert:
  • Funnel Cake with Spiced Apples and Cinnamon Ice Cream
  • Deep Fried Oreos with Vanilla Ice Cream
