Parker Cellura (he/him), a May 2020 graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Political Science department, received an invitation to participate in Humanity in Action’s Netherlands Human Rights Fellowship this past summer. While attending UC, he also earned his minor in Philosophy and certificates in Legal Studies; Professional Communication; as well as War, Peace, and Security.

In addition to his studies, Parker served as the President of UC’s chapter of the Roosevelt Network–though which he has now co-authored and published a report detailing the financial sector’s growing influence within institutions of higher education, participated in the University Honors Program, and was a top performing delegate on UC’s Model United Nations team.
