Trench Construction To Impact Corry Street Through End Of Month

Construction will impact access on Corry Street for the next several days, as electric and phone service connections are extended into the Calhoun Street project.

According to Construction Management, work on a trench has caused temporary disruptions to traffic this week. On Monday, Dec. 22, another trench will be dug. Steel plating will cover the trench, but access on the street and sidewalk will be subject to periodic interruptions.

Work on the street is expected to wrap up around the end of the month. Special efforts are being made to ensure that the easiest access possible is available for basketball games or events at CCM.

If you need additional info about the work, contact Pete Luken, senior project manager for Construction Management, at 556-3160.
