Summer Real Estate Classes at UC Clermont College

UC Clermont College will offer accelerated real estate pre-license classes on a three-week fast-track schedule to prepare students to take the Ohio Real Estate Sales Exam beginning Monday, July 6 at the campus in Batavia.

The four required state-of-the-art courses have been developed in consultation with local real estate professionals from the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors and the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors.  According to Bill Wise, assistant professor of business and program coordinator, “Our students continue to report back to us that these courses are among the best available in Southwestern Ohio to fully prepare them to successfully pass the real estate exam.  In today’s economy, were pleased to offer this program in a three-week format to get students on a new career path as quickly as possible.”  As an additional benefit, these courses can offer students up to 12 college credit hours through the University of Cincinnati Clermont College-- at no extra charge.

The Summer Session of classes is scheduled to meet July 6 through July 24, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. daily.  Classes will be held at the UC Clermont College campus conveniently located just minutes from State Route 32 in Batavia.  Enrollment for these classes is now open.  For additional information contact the UC Clermont College Business Division at 513-732-5292.
