Employees will make their benefit elections online using UC Flex Employee Self Service (ESS) located at http://www.ucflex.uc.edu
As the first step in this years Annual Enrollment process, we recommend employees review their current benefit elections by accessing ESS. Employees should also carefully review their covered dependents for each plan, Aumann said.
