Weiss Participates in Washington Colloquium

Alison Weiss, PhD, a professor in the molecular genetics, biochemistry and microbiology department, participated in the American Academy of Microbiology’s (AAM) "FAQ: E. coli” mini-colloquium Thursday, Sept. 1, at AAM headquarters in Washington, D.C. She was one of a select number of participants in the all-day meeting, which included full and breakout sessions.
 
Weiss’ lab focuses on host-pathogen reactions with regard to infectious diarrhea caused by E. coli 0157:H7.
