Starters:

  • Pesto-stuffed Grilled Portobello Mushroom
  • Mussels in Fennel Wine Sauce
  • Paired Wine: Pannonica Red Blend, Austria (pronounced "pan-oh-neek-uh")

Entrées:

  • Chargrilled Bone-in Ribeye Steak with Gorgonzola Butter, Pommes Croquette and Sautéed French Green Beans
  • Flank Steak Pinwheel, Roasted Asparagus Hollandaise and Fingerling Potatoes with Preserved Lemon
  • Paired Wine: Tormaresca Neprica, Italy (blend of Negroarmaro Primitivo – Italian Zinfandel – and Cabernet Sauvignon)

Dessert:

  • White Chocolate Bread Pudding
  • Praline Cheesecake
  • Paired Wine: The Federalist Honest Red Blend, California
