COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Campus Events/Meeting Fall 2020 - Spring 2021
- The University published the Return to Campus Guide on July 1, which included guidelines that apply to campus events. Events/Meetings should be held virtually when possible.
- With priority given to the health and safety of event attendees, several guidelines established by ODH and CDC, including those listed below have been adopted by the university and will apply to campus events:
- 10 person gathering limit
- Facial coverings
- Social distance requirements
- Hand sanitizer
- In addition, the following guidelines are in place
- External groups or vendors, including food trucks, will not be permitted for campus events
- Promotional tabling will not be permitted indoors
- Promotional tabling will be permitted outdoors for registered student organizations, following these guidelines.

TUC is a multipurpose venue with several general meeting rooms.
Room Set-up Descriptions
Meeting rooms may be set up in several standard configurations, based on placement of tables and chairs.
- Lecture style - chairs in rows with a speaker table at the front of the room
- Classroom style - tables with chairs in rows facing the speaker table at the front of the room
- Conference style - tables in a square with chairs on the outside of the square
Rooms 400 A, B and C
Rooms 400 A, B and C will not be availabe for events/meetings for Fall 2020. The space is being utilized to support of food services and to offer students with a blended academic day of in-person and online classes a place to go.
Rooms 405,407, 411 and 413
