Steger Student Life Center (SSLC)

Located in the heart of campus, Steger Student Life Center (SSLC) is a hub for student activities, engagement opportunities, and support services. It opened in 2004 (Buzz Yudell and Glaserworks, architects), and is approximately 40 feet wide by 500 feet long.

SSLC is home to multiple student identity centers (Ethnic Programs & Services, LGBTQ Center, Women’s Center), the Dean of Students Office, Student Activities & Leadership Development (SALD), Student Conduct & Community Standards, the Student Wellness Center, Parent & Family Programs, and Experienced-Based Learning & Career Education (ELCE).

SSLC also houses a Subway restaurant.
