Financial Aid

Tools & Resources

The goal of Student Financial Aid and Enrollment Services, our customer service arm, is to make you as eligible as possible for financial aid, help you use your aid most efficiently, gain tools to help you in managing your money, and get you key information that can make your time as a student easier.

Whether you are seeking personal budgeting advice,  appealing your financial aid status, or seeking specific information on aid eligibility or processes, we are here to help.

You can also find information by the U.S. Department of Education at their one stop location for all things student aid:  studentaid.gov.  There you will find access to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) through assistance when in loan repayment.

Use the information you find on these websites and talk to Enrollment Services staff about your situation or question. Enrollment Services was created by Student Financial Aid and the Offices of the Registrar and Bursar because most questions about aid relate to your course registration, academic program, and student bill. Enrollment Services has cross-trained professionals to guide you (and your parents) through activities and actions while avoiding pitfalls with related matters.

Walk in service is available in 220 University Pavilion (Uptown/Clifton campus), 150 Muntz Hall (UCBA), and 100 Student Services Building (UC Clermont).  Available hours and service options are posted at uc.edu/enrollment-services. Staff are also available at enrollmentservices@uc.edu and 513-556-1000.
