Embarking on a graduate program is the beginning of an exciting adventure. Whether you are new to Cincinnati or continuing your graduate studies at UC, we have housing options designed to meet the diverse needs of graduate students.

Accommodations are conveniently located to UC with access to transportation and on-site management.

Bellevue Gardens

Bellevue Gardens is an apartment community owned and operated by the university. Unit types range from spacious studio apartments to one, two and three bedroom floor plans. It's conveniently located adjacent to the Academic Health Center (AHC), consisting of the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences and the Uptown University of Cincinnati campus. Only minutes away from downtown and major highways puts great shopping, dining and recreational activities right at your fingertips.

Submitting a Maintenance Request

Tenants can submit work requests for repairs to your apartment or the equipment found within by calling Work Control at 513-558-2500 from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday, when university offices are open.
Call UCPD Dispatch at 513-556-1111 for work requests needing prompt or immediate attention outside of these hours.
Contact our office at 513-556-0682 for further instructions regarding pre- and post- pest control treatment protocol.
Report smoke detector or public address system issues to UCPD.

Provide your apartment number and the specific issue when making a work request. Contact our office for unresolved issues or questions about the reporting process.

Occupancy and Eligibility

Who is eligible to live in monthly rentals housing?

The apartments at Bellevue Gardens leased through our office are reserved for graduate students.

How many people can stay in each unit?

All bedrooms for the 2026-27 lease term year are single occupancy bedrooms. For questions regarding family housing, or students with spouses, please contact our office.

Refer to the communities pages to determine which unit types are available for each complex.

Will I be assigned a roommate if I want to stay in monthly rentals?

Tenants are responsible for finding their own roommates.

Are pets allowed to stay in graduate housing?

No, pets are not permitted to stay in graduate or undergraduate housing.
