The Verge
The Verge is a vibrant apartment community designed to support every aspect of college life. With thoughtfully designed spaces, engaging amenities, and a strong sense of community, residents are encouraged to connect, stay well, and make the most of their college experience. More than just a place to live, The Verge, combined with our Resident Development & Education creates an environment where students can thrive academically, socially and personally.
The Verge includes one, two, three, four and 5-bedroom apartments, which include private bathrooms, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, private and group study rooms, a courtyard and more. Each room is furnished with a Full size bed, desk and chair for each resident.
Parking at The Verge is not included in your room and board fees. You may purchase a permit for your community's garage/lot or one of the on-campus garages by the semester through Parking Services.
