UC’s MS business analytics program receives top ranking
Predictive Analytics Today selects UC's MS Business Analytics as the top ranked program in Top 27 MS Data Science Schools 2018
Predictive Analytics Today (PAT) has selected the University of Cincinnati’s MS Business Analytics program at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business as the top Master of Science Data Science program in this year’s Top 27 MS Data Science Schools ranking.
The program achieved a score of 95, the highest of any school, on the PAT Index, which measures performance among the PAT Research community compared to other programs. The next closest program, Northwestern University achieved a PAT Index score of 83.
Lindner’s graduate Business Analytics program placed highest of any program in all four PAT Rating categories: faculty (9.6), placement (9.6), academics (9.4) and training (9.4). The ranking process also allows program graduates to contribute ratings using the same criteria, as well as an additional dimension, industry interaction. UC scored highest in the aggregated user ratings with a 9.5 mark.
Ed Winkofsky, academic director of the MS Business Analytics program, was appreciative of the program recognition in the publication. “I would like to thank Predictive Analytics Today for recognizing our MS-Business Analytics program at UC’s Lindner College of Business,” he says. “I am very pleased for our students, graduates, staff and faculty who contribute so much to the program.
