The Carl H. Lindner College of Business announces the following leadership, faculty and staff changes for the 2024-25 academic year.
Leadership
The following denotes new hires, known promotions and title changes for Lindner leadership positions.

Dust, the Fealy Family Chair in Entrepreneurship and an associate professor of management at Lindner, will spearhead efforts to support and grow Lindner's suite of non-degree offerings, positioning the college as a lead provider on UC’s developing platform. Dust is also the chief research officer at Cloverleaf.
Elfers' leadership helps Lindner’s achieve strategic initiatives and ensure the college’s financial sustainability. She is responsible for long-term financial planning and daily operations of the Business Affairs office. Elfers worked at four UC colleges (Medicine, Allied Health Sciences, Pharmacy and Arts & Sciences) prior to joining Lindner in 2024 and most recently was the senior business officer at UC’s College of Arts and Sciences.
Fry will lead efforts to empower, elevate and coordinate Lindner’s nine centers and institutes as drivers of partnerships and impact. Through his other roles as a professor of operations, business analytics, and information systems, and the managing director of the Center for Business Analytics, Fry brings deep experience in developing community partnerships.
Harrison heads Lindner's graduate portfolio, ensuring alignment with college strategy, UC partners and professional markets. He previously served as interim then assistant department head of Lindner's department of operations, business analytics, and information systems (OBAIS).
