Labor law expert at UC College of Law speaks with podcast
Anne Lofaso, a professor in the University of Cincinnati College of Law, spoke with Bloomberg Law podcast, about collective bargaining rights for unions and an executive order designed to invalidate contracts between government agencies and two of the largest unions representing federal workers: the American Federation of Government Employees and the National Treasury Employee Union.
Lofaso, a former attorney for the National Labor Review Board, teaches courses in labor law, employment law and constitutional law.
