Are You Ready to Zumba?
UC Clermont College is offering free Zumba classes. The first Zumba class will be held in the Student Activities Center on Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 5:10 pm. Its a free, one-hour session for five weeks. Everyone is invited to join - faculty, staff and students. Invite another student, and stop by to exercise (you can go at your own pace) and have fun doing it.
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class.
